Our Policies
Check-In:
We are available for check-in from 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm. If your arrival time is later than 9:00 pm, simply give us a call so we can accommodate you.
Check-Out:
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Smoking:
The Blair Hill Inn is a non-smoking facility. A designated smoking area is available across from the the main entrance.
Pet Policy:
At this time we are able to accommodate pets in Rooms 9 and 10. A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies per stay. Pets must be attended, cleaned-up after and leashed at all times when outside the room. Owners must agree to and sign our pet policy upon arrival.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages:
If you bring your own alcoholic beverages, Maine state law requires that they be consumed in your guest room. Drinking them in any public space of the Inn is against state law. For your convenience, we provide glasses & corkscrews in each guest room.
Winter Season: December – April
Reservation Policy:
A deposit $250 reserves your room until your arrival. Your deposit is fully refundable and transferable up to 6 days prior to your original arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled less than 6 days prior to your arrival, you will be responsible for full payment of the remaining balance of your stay and no portion of your stay will be refunded or transferable. This applies to all cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies that disrupt your plans to stay with us. Each night cancelled is subject to our cancellation terms.
Summer Season: May – October
Reservation Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of $250 reserves your room until your arrival. Under no circumstances is this deposit refundable, but it may be transferred to new dates within one year if the reservation is changed or canceled more than 15 days prior to the original arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled less than 15 days prior to your arrival, you will be responsible for full payment of the remaining balance of your stay and no portion of your stay will be refunded or transferable. This applies to all cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies that disrupt your plans to stay with us. Each night cancelled is subject to our cancellation terms. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
