Blair Hill Inn's award winning restaurant...

Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings

Reservations are needed

A reservation at Blair Hill Inn is the hottest ticket in town. The inn serves exactly the kind of cuisine food-obsessed people want to eat; seasonal, light, creative, tasty and unpretentious.  The food is oh-so-good and the view is to die for!

"Oh baby!!  Not what we expected in Greenville, ME:  world-class food in an elegant setting.  We started with cocktails on the lakeside veranda - the view of Moosehead Lake was spectacular and the cocktails were first class." TripAdvisor Review

The joy of dining starts each spring when seeds are planted in the inn's greenhouse and gardens.  Here they become the chef's market place for breakfast and dinner.  When the menu is driven by what's ripe in the gardens or at the local farms and everything is artfully homemade, each course becomes pure pleasure.

"Pesto & Beets, who knew?  Now let me tell you I am not a beet person.  However, the puree of garden beets with hazelnuts and citrus with a goat cheese swirl & arugula pesto made me a convert." TripAdvisor Review

So what makes Blair Hill Inn so special?  The view. It is the best. Drive by and see it. The bar & cocktail lounge with a fireplace and huge porch where you can sit with your beverage and watch the sun set over the mountains and lake.  The wait staff; all attired in black dresses, sincerely professional.  The ambiance; haut country.  No snobbishness here just super congeniality and pleasantness.  The dress is "dining out fancy", Maine style.  You can figure that out.  The menu is prix fix 5-course, and it's delicious.  Just go and see.

Travel + Leisure Magazine

"Blair Hill Inn, a summer idyll...Here is the life of ease: cocktails on the veranda and a dinner of fresh, wood grilled tuna."

Portland Press Herald, Food Editor

"Our unforgettable dinner begins high above the lake at Blair Hill Inn.  We relax in wicker armchairs facing west, watching the sun descend over the shimmering lake far below.  It's setting is like none other.  Based on our evening, the chef has an expert's hand, eye and sense of combinations, along with a desire to please a clientele that varies from well-heeled traditionalists to urban sophisticates.  You might say civilization ends in Greenville, but it makes a grand last hurrah at Blair Hill Inn. "

Food and Wine Magazine

Arguably the finest inn in all of inland Maine (and possibly the entire state), Blair Hill Inn is pure North Woods fantasy."
