"Blair Hill Inn: gracious, elegant without pretension, pomp" Portland Press Herald, 2011
"Our unforgettable dinner begins high above the lake at Blair Hill Inn. We relax in wicker armchairs facing west, watching the sun descend over the shimmering lake far below. It's setting is like none other. I resolve not to let this stand in the way of a fair examination of the evening's food. Based on our evening, the chef has an expert's hand, eye and sense of combinations, along with a desire to please a clientele that varies from well-heeled traditionalists to urban sophisticates. You might say civilization ends in Greenville, but it makes a grand last hurrah at Blair Hill Inn. Gracious service and the restaurant's incomparable setting alone would make this establishment noteworthy, but the kitchen's well -conceived and executed dishes earn it high marks for the entire experience. "
Blair Hill Inn Rating is 4 and 1/2 stars

Food and Wine Magazine, 2008
Arguably the finest inn in all of inland Maine (and possibly the entire state), Blair Hill Inn is pure North Woods fantasy."
A guest review from TripAdvisor.com
"After what is probably my fifteenth meal at Blair Hill Inn I can say with some authority that this restaurant offers some of the best food in the state combined with views that leave little response but an awestruck silence. You almost don't want it to be found out. But, it certainly deserves to be."
